The flooded field on the Alta Ave just S of 302nd St. has been
attracting some shorebirds. Nothing unusual at this time, but late
yesterday I found:

This morning at Lake Byllesby in Dakota County Susan Schumacher and I observed
a variety of shorebirds spread out on the extensive mudflats.
