Thank you for all the replies and especially Dan and Linda. While I heard of
albino animals I had never heard of Leucistic animals. When I looked up Leucism
on Wikipedia they even had a picture of a Common Grackle with more white than
mine.

Good morning,
I had a flock of Grackles at the feeders this morning and amongst them is what
appears to be a Grackle but he has a white band across the back of his neck,
white wing bar and I believe a completely white tail. He was stunning. I have
some pictures on my camera and hope to upload
