Just wanted to pass along a cool sighting posted to the Minnesota Birding
facebook group. On Jan 8, Dave Jungst posted pictures of an intriguing
eagle from Pope County, which Frank Nicoletti pronounced an adult Golden
Eagle. This would be a first state record for Pope Co if the lists are
Today I saw the Spotted Towhee near Fairbault where it was previously reported
along with Brown Creeper and Common Redpolls at the feeders. I then looked for
the Snowy Owl which I found where it was previously reported in Dodge County
north of 690th Street midway between 120th Ave and 130th Ave
Hello Birders - The Spotted Towhee has been coming for 3 days in a row now.
It was seen all day Yesterday and has been seen this morning as of the
time of this email (9:45am). Are all still welcome to see it.
