Thanks for the input, after a bit more exploration it turns out that you
are correct, the rejection was coming from Active Directory and not from
the SDK. AD is smart enough to check your math on the subnet mask. So if
you enter 10.10.10.10/24, it will be rejected, but if you try something
realistic like, 10.10.10.0/24, everything works fine.
