Some of you may be aware of our attempt here to add
Multiple Address Book support to Mozilla. Our first
patch landed successfully for milestone 0.9. This
refactored the address book source to support multiple
address books. Our next patch will add LDAP and MAPI/Outlook
support plus an enhanced
