Yeah. sorry, should have specified - it certainly exists. I'm also
making sure to shut down mozilla (including the quick launch) before
making changes to prefs.js

user_pref("browser.cache.directory", "C:\\TMP\\CACHE");
But 0.9.5 is ignoring me so I must be doing something wrong. What
is the proper way to specify a the cache directory?
