Netscape doesn't implement CSS correctly?
That's right. NS4 does NOT implement CSS correctly, but Mozilla and NS6 DO
implement cascading style sheets according to standards (partial CSS2, but
full CSS1).
This site (http://www.aumha.org) only detects the navigator. If it is not
IE, it displays a
bug not yet fixed?

IMO, leaving this bug in 0.9.7 will make it pretty
unusable, definitely degraded, for a lot of Windows users.
It's hard to imagine anyone using a release where you
can't right-click on images or you'll crash.
