I'm running Mozilla v0.9.3 on a Linux box. It generally works well, but
I've got a problem with the disk-based cache.

Despite fairly heavy surfing over the last week, I only have 552KB of data
in my ~/Cache file. This despite my having placed a 32768KB limit on the
cache (via the Preferences>>Advanced dialog).

Looking in the ~/Cache directory, I see that all the files are timestampted
in the last few minutes. Nothing from even an hours ago, let alone
yesterday. The recent timestamps tell me that Mozilla is indeed caching
objects - just not enough of them.

No, I'm not out of disk space; there's 1.4GB remaining.

How can I get Moz to cache as much data as I tell it to?

Thanks.
