CARS.COM had already limited its usefulness by using Java in its primary interface. Now it's gone that extra step: banning what it calls broken browsers. So, Mozilla users - stop by and clue them in on the business they're turning away by being lazy and discriminatory. While you're at it,

I have no problems accessing the main site using Moz 0.9.5 for Linux (note that I have not got Java installed). They are using Java for an interactive map as part of the results when you do a search. Since DHTML would really struggle to offer similar functionality I think this is fair

Hm. Works fine here. Given the reports of success here I took another look. Seems it fails only when I connect through my proxy (junkbuster + squid on a separate box).
