Ctrl+W closes the current tab. If there are no other tabs in the window,
it closes the window. Ctrl+Shi

I just tried and Ctrl+Shift+W closed ALL windows, just like Ctrl-Q. wtf's
the deal with that.
Please just fix this so it pops up a confirmation message when you hit
Ctrl-Shift-W or Ctrl-Q so that people who are aiming

keyboard. A few times now I've closed Moz with 20 tabs open by hitting
Ctrl-W but having my finger slip off the edge of the key and hitting the Q
key as well.
Any suggestions on how to prevent that from happening?
