Hi,
a few days ago I have installed Netscape 6.1. Now I can only run this
application being root on Linux. As a normal user I see the following error
message:
/usr/local/netscape/netscape
/usr/local/netscape/run-mozilla.sh /usr/local/netscape/mozilla-bin
MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME=/usr/local/netscape

When I install Mozilla on Solaris and IRIX, I first install it in a
directory that is writable by me. Then I run it once from that location
before moving it in the location other users can access. This way the
