If removed Mozilla, will any of the profiles I made in Netscape 6 be
removed as well?

Uninstalling Mozilla deletes no profiles at all. (Maybe it should, but
it doesn't).

No it shouldn't delete profiles. It may have an option to ask the user
("Should the personal data be removed?"), but that should be it.

My apologies for posting this to a developer newsgroup but when I posted it
to the Netscape groups I was told their groups were for Netscape 6 and not
Mozila and to go post on the Mozilla groups.
I downloaded Mozilla 0.7 in zip format and installed it. Seems to work just
fine except for one site

Mozilla does not create registry entries in the windows registry.
To remove mozilla from your machine
