HTTP is only using the disk cache at the moment, but the new memory cache is
in place (FTP is using it for caching directory info) and HTTP will begin
using it for non-persistable items very soon.
Not yet. The new and the old cache still live next to each other. When
we throw the switch for HTTP, we'll be able to remove the old cache
files.
