Personal Security Manager is not available on my build of mozilla 1.3.1.
It is from tar.gz source which I presumed contained the PSM as well.
I have mozilla-psm 1.0.0 installed, the build requires 2:1.3.1-2. I
used the default build configuration. Is there a location I can
