A handful of routines in the bindings chapter accidentally escaped Pythonization. Martin R. just Pythonized them: https://github.com/mpi-forum/mpi-standard/pull/276 Does this qualify as an errata? (i.e., does it need a reading+vote) Or is it an editorial fix? Or is is a chapter committee
