I made some changes to the website, including changing AMD Dunnington
to Intel Dunnington and adding a section about planned improvements in
the next version of MPIR. I made mention of the hard work Jason Moxham
has been doing on the assembly support for K8/K10.

I haven't fixed any of the other things pointed out to me by people
who emailed. Someone had volunteered to do some work on the site, but
I haven't heard anything back for a while after sending the list to
them.
