I just downloaded MPIR extracted it and attempted to load mpir.sln from the build.vc9 directory into Visual Studio 2008 Proffessional. In the solution explorer I see "lib_mper_amd64 (unavailable)" and under that it says "The project file cannot be loaded." I must admit that I don't know VS2008 very well as I don't use it very much. Could someone explain to me what the problem might be? If this is not the appropriate place for this question my apologies and could someone direct me to the correct mailing list?
