move. It's also a big factor in families moving kids from one school to
another.
Work on the seniority issues for principals will go a long way to
solving the teacher seniority issues.

there will be a group of MPS folks going to workshops at Resnick's
institute this summer. A little more of the clarity that Resnick brings
to the testing issue will be useful here in Minneapolis.
