There used to be this guy with a hockey stick rollerblading around
Minneapolis. I saw him around the U of MN campus, Uptown, and the lakes.
He looks to be in his 40s, long hair in a pony tail.
He would go around town and gather up garbage on the street and sidewalk
with his hockey stick.

The city inspectors I've had contact with were very prompt in helping fix
neighborhood nuisances, like chop shops. I've only had to call the city
inspection twice. Both times
