Not true. The Whittier neighborhood contributed $120 NRP dollars toward the purchase and build of the bookmobile in 1994 I believe. I was the lone volunteer that helped to implement that strategy in the Whittier NRP Plan. Prospect Park contributed NRP funds towards books for the bookmobile. The Lib
