Regarding Mr. Gurban's calling the police on Jaon Stone for
leafletting/informing the public...

Mr. Gurban's action were not only inappropriate they smack of misuse of
police authority and time in an effort to limit free speech.

I certainly am pleased that Jason is standing up to this and not just letting
this incident slide.
Every time our rights are even slightly eroded....another little chip of all
our rights are eroded.

>From my many experiences dealing with police, they often are called to take
care of situations that are lawful and within the scope of our basic freedoms,
but they are faced with demands to immediately end a situation.

Thus, we wind up with situation like what happened to Jason Stone...where he
was exercising his rights, but had to cease due to risk of arrest...

Often being faced with arrest, even when you know you are within your rights,
is enough to stop any of us. Who wants to go to court, with all the hassles
that entails.

Being someone who has gone to court over such issues in my organizing, it
took countless hours, time off work and stress.

Thankyou Jason.
