There was a problem (IC39679) with CSD 6 for Windows that caused the
product to not save configuration data. So after a reboot, MQ will have
lost port and protocol info for the listener. It's fixed at newer
maintenance levels.

Alan, if you are running V5.3 CSD06, there is a known issue that is fixed
via a 'fixpack' provided on IBM's support website. However, CSD07 is now
out and you might be able to use it to fix the problem. I haven't gone to
