This is a issue with regards to MQ 5.3 and hardware clustering. The
customer
have a hardware cluster running windows 2000 server and service pack 2 with
MQ 5.3 and an identical cluster running MQ 5.2.
Running MQ 5.2 on the cluster we do not encounter any problems. When MQ 5.3
has been running for
Yip, that was done as well.

Yes, they did try to uninstall, even cleaning the registry after many
attempts - but still the same problem.

I agree with everybody that this is bad design, but thinking about it, very
nifty solution to "try" and solve the problem for messages arriving out of
sequence, but, there is still the questions? Is there only one network
path from source to destination?

Yip, also saw this from MQSI. Make sure your output node is configured ok.

IBM learning services asked me to deliver MQ15 for a customer in Cape Town,
but they can't source for whatever reason the instructor's manual. Anybody
got an electronic copy for me please. I'm away in Barcelona next week, so
if I do not respond for a week, sorry.

This actually did work - it only wanted the same userid, does not care from
where.

We are getting the following error on AIX broker WMQIB V2.1 with CSD03 when
trying to update a DB2 database from more than one flow at the same time.
Any ideas? We did set maxappls to 200.

What is the performance hit when you use the AMI?
Very small, some, really bad?

Any ideas why we get a core dump on AIX during WMQIB 2.1 install. Happens
when busy with 9th MQAUTH command. No errors anywhere. Thanks.
