Looking at the code it appears we will return this error message for either
ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND or ERROR_MOD_NOT_FOUND. The MS documentation I have is
somewhat unclear but I'm guessing that this could be returned if the DLL
references another library which is not found. I would check
I have a channel exit for encrypting our data. When I specify the channel exit as
c:\winnt\system32\ChannelExit1.dll(EntryPt) and put the exit in the system32, it
works fine. However when I try to put the same channel exit in a different folder lets
