created? I am trying to formulate a proposal to our client for upgrading

goes out of service on 31 DEC 2003, unless IBM makes a change to this date it is
very unlikely that a CSD08 will appear...
You
better propose to your client to upgrade immediately (unless they prefer running
unsupported software...).
