Unknow Database Reference (WBI-MB)

Anybody deal with a mapping problem in WBIMB where you get an error on the database mappings indicating "UNKNOWN REFERENCE TO DATABASE ". This happens on all the mappings in the node. How do you recover (fix) this without redoing the WHOLE mapping.
