Last time I checked on Windows, installing Qt 5 was actually simpler than
installing Qt 4.8.x, as it came with everything needed (except cmake, I
think, and of course MuseScore-specific dependencies but you should already
have them from your current setup).

Unless things changed in the meantime, it should be rather straightforward.
