Hi,
I've been trying to let MuseScore play to an external MIDI piano, but this is
my experience:
1) default configuration I'm used to: I/O -> [X] ALSA audio
then, I can see the ALSA MuseScore MIDI plugs within qjackctl, but only
input (to MuseScore) works;
the MuseScore out, when connected to my external USB-to-MIDI adapter, seems
not to get any event
during MuseScore playback;
2) changed to I/O -> [X] PortAudio, choosing ALSA and my MIDI/USB adapter both
as in and out;
now it works (but I cannot see any connectors/plugs from qjackctl)
So, the behavior in 1) looks like a bug or missing feature, whilst it's weird
that switching driver to PortAudio, one cannot see the usual MIDI connectors.
