[MSEide-MSEgui-talk] mse_no_ifi define doesn't seem to work any more

As the subject line says. I'm compiling under FreeBSD. Got a compiler error in a IFI unit, so thought I would disable IFI support in the ide. I specified the -dmse_no_ifi compiler parameter, then got the following error pretty early in the compile. - Compiling
