Fixed in master and lts/20110716. Contiki now can be made to work
with the (patched) lts mspgcc.

mspgcc used to have #define BV(x) (1 << (x)). But the latest version
(4.5.3) does not have it in the same place any more. I noticed this
because my old code couldn't find BV any more. I got around this
problem by adding a new macro, but hope it could be moved back in the
distribution.
