Did you user manually install .NET 4.5.1 recently? Could be as simple as user
manually upgraded .NET version but didn't go back through and apply updates for
it...then the next time it did a ConfigMgr did a scan it found a new required
update from February and installed/rebooted.

Sorry still very new to SCCM. The cert we have bound to the dmz DP is the same
type of cert bound to any DP. Can you go into more detail or does this answer

Do you use an Azure DP for your Internet clients? Clients assigned only to
an Azure DP boundary have to be able to fall back to Windows Update to
download content.
