Has anyone else had issues with KB3000850 on Windows 8.1 machines? We have
installed it on a few workstations and after it completes, Internet Explorer
doesn't work...it will open for a few seconds, show a blank page and then
close. Started with a google search and found a few different things
Packages and Programs run as 32 bit processes on 64 bit OS, you might need to
run cmd.exe from C:\WINDOWS\SysNative and call your bat file.

manually upgraded .NET version but didn't go back through and apply updates for
it...then the next time it did a ConfigMgr did a scan it found a new required
update from February and installed/rebooted.
