Not sure if you resolved this or not, but I had a similar issue.
I had added a metering rule for storyline.exe - no metering results,
everything else on the clients were metering. I added the rule using *
all versions and ANY for the language. I also had a similar issue with
another .exe when I
the local client log sees the file?
