Laurens,
Mediawiki has a commenting system on a seperate page by default. For
dokuwiki you can use a plugin to add comments at the bottom of the page
or use the Monobook template to mimic the Wikipedia/Mediawiki look and feel.

Why don't you change the MAP into a wiki? MAP
Try dokuwiki instead. Uses php 4.3. Doesn't need MySQL. Works for me!
