Hi MSX folkies.... This is what Kari Lammassaari wrote some time ago: --------------------------------------- I'm just programming new fast mc coded include files for Turbo Pascal (some can be already found at ftp.funet.fi/pub/msx/pascal/lammassaari ). Just now I'm working on memorymapper code and I can already allocate/free/write/read and call any page in any slot directly from TP without Memman. The Tp 3.3 has a 16 kB graphic GIOS extension, which is normally loaded via memman . Now we could load it directly to memory mapper. Btw. Yet incomplete mapper.inc can load TP chn-file on any page and run it from there. (The mapper.inc does the necessary patching during the load operation.) ------------------------------------------------------------------- Well, it's on Funet now, and also on my MSX homepage... Kari sends me his newest TP files, and I put them on my homepage immediately. So you can check via my homepage, whether there are new TP inc's! Check it out now, because those memmapper procedures seem very powerful... But remember: these inc's are not tested very thoroughly! Just help us test them.... I also put a Pascal program of myself on my page, which uses the inc's of Kari! It's called "stuiter.lha" (packed in LHarc/PMarc format). Check that out too! So this still counts: I improved some things on my homepage: - New software (like a lot of great Turbo Pascal libraries from Kari Lammassaari (thanks for making them, Kari!)) - But there are more thnings changed... Check it out! (again!) So, all take a look at: http://studs.sci.kun.nl:8888/manuelbi/msx.html for the MSX homepage with the software. And for the bookmarks; http://studs.sci.kun.nl:8888/manuelbi/bookmarks.html Have fun! Please send me your reactions! (I'm VERY eager to get some...) -- Grtjs, Manuel PS: MSX 4 EVER! PPS: Visit my homepage at http://studs.sci.kun.nl:8888/manuelbi (This is my (kinda) personal home-page, with a "what's new on my pages" part... (since today!) ). You see, I keep trying to improve my homepage, it's never finished! (By the way: thanks for the nicer comment behind my link on your MSX Resource Center, Sander!)
