I've used clients before that did this (either zMUD or KildClient, can't remember), and I always loved it. I never use the mouse while mudding (just the keyboard), so the cursor only blocks text and gets in the way. What I do every time I Alt+Tab back to Mudlet is throw the cursor into the bottom
