while playing around with my T610, which has a severely cut down
"address book" (it stores only name, 1-3 numbers and one email address)
I could observe some rather curious behaviour of Multisync (syncing
between Evo and IrMC plugins, the phone was empty before syncing):

I don't know if it is the right way, but in for example the statically
linked libversit we use
noinst_LTLIBRARIES = libversit.la
in its Makefile.am
It seems OK with the manual:

Is the Gnome-1 branch still maintained? It seems that the changes on the
plugins are not applied on the gnome-1 branch (cvs). Or can I just copy
the plugins directory from the gnome2 branch?
