I've got .82 version of multisync running on FC1, but after installing the evolution plugin, Evolution will start up but the multisync dialog window will not appear until after you close Evolution. I have tried re-running multisync once evolution is up but nothing happens until you close Evolution

Can you check /usr/local/lib/multisync to make sure that libevolution_sync.so is there and then, and then run 'ldd libevolution_sync.so' to make sure that there are no missing libraries. I built the RPMs on RH9 + XD2, same as the 0.81 release. For 0.81 I tested them on FC1 as well, but I could not
