I am not too familiar with how Multisync handles things, but I did try one thing which sort-of did what I wanted. What I did was to force the Palm plugin to always assume every record changed when doing a sync. That seemed to do most of the things I wanted when paired with the Evolution plugi

Basically the lastSyncPC is supposed to be some sort of unique ID for each PC that you want to sync with. Then, the sync software can check to see if it is the same as what it expects. If it is different, then a "slow sync" would need to be performed to make sure that all changes are accounte
