Dear all,
I'm really please about the fonctionality provided by Multisync.
However, I have noticed a problem, which might be related to
configuration, but.
I'm using 2 Fedora Core 2 system (configured the same way, same
timezone, same time). One is a Desktop and one is a laptop.
I have installed on both:
- multisync-0.2-fc2.1
- multisync-syncml-0.82-fc2.1
- multisync-evolution-0.82-fc2.1
I have configured :
On the Laptop a pair of plugins:
- (1) evolution
- (2) syncml - server
On the Desktop a pair of plugins:
- (1) syncml - client
- (2) evolution
Everything is working well, and I have got the Calendar as well as the
Schedule synchronized.
Except a problem which occured with a particular appointement which
have been sent to me with a different Timzeone that mine. When I
accept that appointement on my Desktop, it is well schedule
accordingly to my timezone, but when synchronizing to the Laptop, it
seems that the Timezone differences is not taking into account !
If I do vice-versa ( accepting from Laptop and synchronizing to the
Desktop), I have the same result. Good on the Laptop and out-dated on
the Desktop.
Is there any TZ configuration to be set on Multisync ? Is that an
already known problem ?
Best regards
Patrick
