In Mandrake 10.1, the correct INCLUDES are not configured for the
Evolution2 plugin and autogen doesn't detect Evolution 2 as it is
packaged with Mandrake 10.1. I had to add the following to the
src/Makefile INCLUDES:
-I/usr/include/evolution-data-server-1.0
