Hello Neil,
You should enable the resync button, which allow you to fully
synchronize your PDA.

RPMs) then it is usually missing libraries at runtime. Go to where the
multisync plugins are located (probably /usr/local/lib/multisync) and do
an ldd on the .so for the plugin(s) and look for missing libraries.
