Dear All,
I implemented the custom IFDHandler and the functions are successfully called during the start of the pcscd daemon.
I am using the PCI based smart card reader and the card has multiple slots (three) to insert the smart card.
I studied the documentation of the IFDHandler and found that

after setting a symbolic link and using the bundleTool everything works
fine.

The 6A 88 means "Referenced data not found" in accordance with the
Global Platform 2.1.1 specifications.
This means the applet was not instantiated or it does not exist when
it was trying to delete it. This is not critical
if in fact the card is brand new and has never had the applet on
