Hi,
I tested it on CentOS wondering if it could increase the speed of reading
mifare on Omnikey5321 (though i do not know why it is slow). I did not find
any bugs. (no increase in speed as well :-))

Another issue. I can't find PCSC/reader.h. I don't think Apple has
included it in the distribution. Would you recommend me using
ccid-1.3.11/MacOSX/reader.h, or some other variant?
