You should try to rebuild cooker packages, they work fine.
just do rpmbuild --rebuild foobar.x.y.z.src.rpm
then install it.

ccid-1.0.1-1mdk.src.rpm
ifd-gempc-1.0.1-1mdk.src.rpm
