Hi,
After a little experimenting I have run the keytool like:
>keytool.exe -keystore NONE -storetype PKCS11 -genkey -dname
"CN=dg,OU=LS,O=GP,C=HR" -alias
dgambin -keyalg "RSA" -validity 365 -keysize 1024
...and it was successful (no error messages)
But trying to list the keystore I got:
Keystore type: PKCS11
Keystore provider: SunPKCS11-musclePKCS11
Your keystore contains 0 entries
After that I tried genrating the CSR by:
>keytool.exe -keystore NONE -storetype PKCS11 -certreq -alias dgambin
-file certreq.txt
...but I got "keytool error: java.lang.Exception: Alias <dgambin> does
not exist"
To be sure if keypair is generated, I have used ID Ally muscleTools and
I got:
muscle [MuscleCard Applet] > listkeys
Key Type Key Num SIZE READ WRITE USE
----------------- ----------- ----- ------ ------ ------
RSA PRIVATE CRT 6 1024 NEVER PIN #1 PIN #1
RSA PUBLIC 7 1024 ALWAYS PIN #1 PIN #1
..so the key exist, but something is wrong with the alias...
Any help?
