Perhaps we can find a better wording than claim to be an orchestra? I
think I understand what you mean, but The Oslo Philharmonic claims to be
an orchestra doesn't sound right IMO.

Our CompMusic friends are working on adding Chinese opera (which is opera
in the Western sense pretty much in name only) to MusicBrainz, and have
asked if we can add this specific work type (
