[mb-style] RFV STYLE-291: Add Beijing Opera to the work type list

Our CompMusic friends are working on adding Chinese opera (which is opera in the Western sense pretty much in name only) to MusicBrainz, and have asked if we can add this specific work type ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peking_opera). It's certainly used often enough, see
