In MB, how can a jewel case be confused with a fatbox when we already
have separate types for it.
It seems that everything else you are describing with Standard Width
Double Disc Jewel Case is already described in MB as 2xsome media in a
jewel case.

Number of discs does not say what kind of packaging is used. 2 CD’s could
be in separate single disc jewel cases just as well.
Also saying how many discs a case can fit does not mean there can’t be
multiple cases,
