Matching subject of current message?

I typically get lots of spam that has the same subject line. Is there a way to tell mutt to delete all messages with the same subject line as the current message, in either index or pager mode? I know I could use D blahblahblah but I don't want to have to retype the subject line. Thanks, -pd
